About The Role: As a Technical Delivery Manager you will play a pivotal role in onboarding clients to our Odin platform . You will collaborate closely with sales, developers and our clients to deliver software enhancements and features.   The Techncial Delivery Manager is instrumental in delivering a great  experience to Rev.io clients. 

Rev.io’s Odin platform helps our clients maximize their Cisco Broadworks deployments by streamlining provisioning processes.  The customizable Odin portal reduces the complexity of managing Broadworks functionality. 

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales activities: Conducting demos to showcase Odin's capabilities, having conversations with various customer teams to cover capabilities and connectivity requirements, and ensuring the Odin proposal includes the right items and potential pricing. 
  • Pre-sales POCs: Supporting Proof of Concept (PoC) with potential customers, acting as a Liasson between a prospect and engineering to answer technical questions and gather requirements 
  • Onboarding configuration: For simple setups, you are responsible for gathering configuration options from the client and coordinating with the development team for onboarding. 
  • Product Customizations:  During the sales process you will coordinate between sales and engineering to scope and price customizations. After deal closure you will prioritize the development items and act as the client point of contact for onboarding status 
  • Post-activation support: Providing a buffer period for customers to ask questions directly, handling urgent issues by redirecting them to open a ticket, and managing feedback from larger customers. 
  • Acceptance testing: Performing quick validation of custom functions before informing the customer that it is ready for their testing. 
  • Client communication plan: Informing clients about updates and coordinating with them for any support or integration needs. 

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years experience with provisioning and using Cisco BroadWorks 
  • Familiarity with Cisco Broadworks API is preferred 
  • Understanding of how software platforms can integrate using APIs and data mapping 
  • 2+ years software project management experience 
  • Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to author technical requirements documents
