Sales Development Representative Manager

The purpose of the SDR Manager is to drive qualified, engaged pipeline for the organization by leading, managing, and developing sales development professionals. Lead effective cross-functional relationships between all other departments within and upholding the integrity of’s Mission & Values.

Specific duties will include:

  • Develop and extend the skills of the sales development team through training, coaching and demonstrating great sales fundamentals and the model
  • Develop and manage 90-Day Roadmap and other rep development tools
  • Lead a team of skilled sales development professionals to predictably achieve pipeline and bookings targets
  • Coordinate and facilitate a regular team stand up and daily sales role play trainings
  • Drive and ensure high activity and pipeline creation
  • Inspect activity and provide visibility of sales metrics back to the sales team and management
  • Set and track business development targets for the team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales development process
  • Develop and execute campaigns specific to driving Strategic / Enterprise opportunities
  • Assist in recruiting top sales talent - establish and maintain a network of highly skilled sales representative and sales management candidates
  • Foster a positive, ethical and winning sales culture focused on client success and the success of the business
  • Create tight, high-value alliances across departments including marketing, client success, development and finance
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and create a productive, professional work environment that enables sales success



  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Sales Development Representative/prospecting position within a SaaS company, with promotion to a Lead or Management position
  • Minimum of five years of sales experience within a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, etc.) preferred
  • Demonstrated skills in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and/or Outreach (building cadences, Salesforce cleansing, lead research)
  • Experience working alongside Demand Generation and Field Marketing
  • Independent, with strong work ethic and self-discipline
  • High achiever with a proven track record of success
  • Must be open to receiving constructive criticism (feedback) and applying and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve their results
  • Strong interpersonal skills: i.e. flexibility, adaptability and a proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good organizational skills
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and competitive products, applying that knowledge appropriately and effectively in selling situations
