Director of Project Management

The Director of Project Management is a leadership role with a tremendous opportunity to impact our customer base and growth of the organization.    The Director of Project Management will be directly responsible for Onboarding customers onto the Rev.io SaaS billing platform.   The Director of Project Management reports to the VP of Project Management.

Responsibilities

  • Work with prospects and new clients to properly introduce them to the Rev.io Onboarding process
  • Demonstrate and train team on project delivery skills –project planning, resource management, communication, risk management
  • Continually assess, and innovate new implementation methodologies, and optimize team structure, as well as business processes/policies and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Implementations
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with the client executive teams and client project stakeholders and serve as point of escalation for clients
  • Work with the Data Migration and Development teams to prioritize and communicate customer needs
  • People development (hire, train, evaluate, reward, motivate, discipline, create performance improvement plans, terminations)
  • Successfully transition new clients to Client Success after onboarding is complete.
  • Lead and develop a team focused on delivering extraordinary client service.
  • Develop KPI’s and ensure that all members of the Implementation team, are performing within the parameters of those KPI’s
  • Track and meet department performance targets
  • Ensure the team has the resources, information, and processes necessary to deliver effective technical and functional solutions to our clients

Requirements

  • 8 years project management experience
  • 3 years managing complex software implementations involving integrations and data conversion
  • 3 years managing a team - Directly managed teams, led recruiting, hiring, retention, and training for team members.
  • Proficiency in project management processes; PMP certification is a plus
