Sales Development Representative Manager

PURPOSE STATEMENT

The purpose of the SDR Manager is to drive qualified, engaged pipeline for the organization by leading, managing, and developing sales development professionals. Lead effective cross-functional relationships between all other departments within Rev.io and upholding the integrity of Rev.io’s Mission & Values.

Specific duties will include:

  • Develop and extend the skills of the sales development team through training, coaching and demonstrating great sales fundamentals and the Rev.io model
  • Develop and manage 90 Day Roadmap and other rep development tools
  • Lead a team of skilled sales development professionals to predictably achieve pipeline and bookings targets
  • Coordinate and facilitate a regular team stand up and daily sales role play trainings
  • Drive and ensure high activity and pipeline creation
  • Inspect activity and provide visibility of sales metrics back to the sales team and management
  • Set and track business development targets for the team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales development process
  • Assist in recruiting top sales talent - establish and maintain a network of highly skilled sales representative and sales management candidates
  • Foster a positive, ethical and winning sales culture focused on client success and the success of the business
  • Create tight, high-value alliances across departments including marketing, client success, development and finance
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and create a productive, professional work environment that enables sales success
